Castlewood Hotels and Resorts is making international strides and aims to take off with fresh concepts. “In 2023, we plan to expand to 11 hotels,” announces CEO Kateryna Smura in an interview with the AHGZ (Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung). “By 2024, we aim to have 20 hotels. The preparations for the expansion are complete.” The company has utilized the time during the pandemic to design new concepts, implement systems, and make the brand franchise-ready. “We want to grow through management contracts, ownership, lease, and franchise,” emphasizes Kateryna Smura.
