Yearly Roast! Every year our Kurhaushotel Bad Salzhausen offers its famous roasted goose during the cold winter months: whole goose flambéed and caved at the table, with apple-red-cabbage, potatoe dumplings and chestnut sauce. If you prefer, you may order the Goose-to-Go.
